How mentor earnings work: You earn a flat $150 per mentorship call completed. You also earn a 10% commission on the Green Training USA (Online) course costs embedded in each level — not on the EP360 platform fee. Online commissions are paid based on what the customer chooses to take, either individually or collectively. Commissions are cumulative — if a student you referred upgrades from L2 to L3, you earn the L3 Online commission as well. All payments are tracked separately and paid as the student progresses.
